Two-component pasty bonds on the basis of epoxy resin.

Description:
Araldite 2011 is a pasty, universally applicable, two-component bond, hardening under room temperature and featuring high connection strength and tenacity.
It is suitable for bonding of a number of metals, ceramic materials, glass, rubber and dry rubber, of hard plastic materials, as well as of commonly used materials. Araldite 2011 is a multipurpose bond suitable both for craftsmen activities and for the majority of industrial branches.

Safety precautions
Huntsmann epoxy resins, hardeners and bonds are generally harmless when handled, provided that the usual precautions for handling chemicals are observed. For example, uncured materials must not come into contact with food or food containers or utensils, and the necessary precautions must also be taken to prevent uncured materials from coming into contact with the skin, as they can cause irritation in people with particularly sensitive skin. It is generally necessary to use impermeable rubber or plastic gloves and eye protection. After each work process, the skin must be washed thoroughly with soap and hot water. Avoid using solvents. Use disposable paper towels for drying, not cloth towels. The work area should be well ventilated.
ARALDITE® AV 138 M-1 / HV 998-1
ARALDITE® AV 138M-1 / HARDENER HV 998-1 is a two-component, room-temperature curing paste adhesive of high strength. When fully cured, the adhesive demonstrates excellent performance at elevated temperatures and high chemical resistance. It is suitable for bonding a wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubbers, rigid plastics, and other materials. It is widely used in many industrial applications where resistance to aggressive or warm environments is required.
DIAMANT DWH 310 FL
DWH 310 FL is a low viscosity 2-component fine adjustment and adhesive coating based on epoxy resin with steel fillers. It is used for form-fit and force-fit filling and bonding of parting lines on components, assemblies and parts made of a wide variety of materials.Using casting, injection and molding, even complex shapes and structures can be created with precision in the μm range. DWH 310 FL can be removed by applying a micro-thin layer of diamond release agent to the mating surface. The result is an exact copy of the molded surface. High-precision surface preparation and mechanical reworking of the surfaces is not required. In modern production technology, process times and costs can be reduced many times over.
HF SERVIS IA 105
HF SERVIS IA 105 is a one-component, anaerobic, medium-viscosity adhesive. It is a high-strength threadlocking compound used for securing nuts, bolts, studs, and similar fasteners. It provides high-strength locking for threaded connections in machinery and equipment that are not normally intended for disassembly. It prevents loosening of threaded fasteners and nuts caused by vibration. Fasteners are not damaged during disassembly and can be reused. The product also helps resist material fatigue. During assembly, components fit together more smoothly as they are lubricated by the adhesive.
IA 105 cures quickly and reliably on most metal surfaces. Curing on passive materials can be accelerated using AC 64 activator. It offers excellent resistance to industrial fluids and provides effective sealing of threaded joints against oils, fuels, liquids, and gases, while also protecting threads from corrosion.
LOCTITE® SI 595
Loctite SI 595 (formerly known as Loctite Superflex Clear RTV Silicone or Loctite 595) is a one-component, transparent acetoxy silicone sealant designed for bonding and sealing joints exposed to elevated temperatures. It cures at room temperature through exposure to atmospheric moisture and forms a flexible, durable, and chemically resistant bond once cured. Thanks to these properties, it is suitable for both industrial applications and general maintenance or household use where long-term sealing reliability is required.
Among its key advantages is its high temperature resistance of up to 250°C, with short-term exposure capability of approximately 300°C. After curing, it retains excellent flexibility, enabling it to withstand vibrations, structural movement, and thermal expansion of materials. It also provides outstanding resistance to oils, solvents, and a wide range of industrial chemicals. Its transparent appearance makes it suitable for visible applications where aesthetics are important. Another practical benefit is its easy application, as no mixing of components is required.
