Description:

Araldite 2011 is a pasty, universally applicable, two-component bond, hardening under room temperature and featuring high connection strength and tenacity.

It is suitable for bonding of a number of metals, ceramic materials, glass, rubber and dry rubber, of hard plastic materials, as well as of commonly used materials. Araldite 2011 is a multipurpose bond suitable both for craftsmen activities and for the majority of industrial branches.

Huntsmann epoxy resins, hardeners and bonds are generally harmless when handled, provided that the usual precautions for handling chemicals are observed. For example, uncured materials must not come into contact with food or food containers or utensils, and the necessary precautions must also be taken to prevent uncured materials from coming into contact with the skin, as they can cause irritation in people with particularly sensitive skin. It is generally necessary to use impermeable rubber or plastic gloves and eye protection. After each work process, the skin must be washed thoroughly with soap and hot water. Avoid using solvents. Use disposable paper towels for drying, not cloth towels. The work area should be well ventilated.
